In an age of wicked problems, rapid change and radical uncertainty, establishing a high performing team culture is critical to sustaining a deeper spiritual purpose and making a real difference. How can faith and community leaders develop high performing teams? We believe the key is in helping leaders and their teams be courageous and persistent in overcoming five commonly occurring barriers in teams: a lack of trust based on vulnerability, a fear of healthy conflict, low commitment, an absence of peer accountability and a failure to focus on results. We help teams explore and resolve those challenges and opportunities in the midst of the divine in nature. Looking to her for learning, inspiration and healing.
