1:1 Coaching

Modern life is busy and pressured. Do you get the time to reflect on what's important to your life, your work, your sense of purpose in the midst of the ecological crisis we face? What's important for your well-being, peace and deeper sense of fulfilment? Are you clear about what you stand for, your strengths, your growing edges and the direction you want to take your life in? What are you being called to? A coaching conversation with one of our experienced coaches can help you make profound and sustainable changes in your life. Coaching sessions are £150 per 1.5 hour session. We'd recommend a programme of six sessions over 6 -12 months for sustainable change.

Group Coaching

Group, or peer coaching, involves a group of 4-6 individuals meeting regularly, every 2-3 months, for just 3-4 hours, face to face, or online, to share their personal experiences, challenges and successes in dealing with the environmental crisis we face. Led by an experienced facilitator each person is given a slot of 30-45 minutes to share their current challenge, or opportunity and be coached by their peers. Over time group coaching fosters a strong sense of community, provides emotional support, builds individual resilience, whilst accelerating learning and growing peoples confidence and agency to act. Group coaching sessions are £300 per person for a programme of six group coaching sessions over 12 months.

Forest Therapy
(Monthly on Zoom)

As humans, we relate to Nature in two ways. We are nourished and nurtured by nature: in our eating, our exposure to the sun, by water, and in connection with trees and other animals. But we also are Nature ourselves, and need the same things as trees, mosses, animals: an ecosystem, an interconnecting community that supports our flourishing and cares for us in times of need.

This is what Forest Therapy is designed to be, an eco-spiritual community that supports, encourages and occasionally challenges us as we seek to live well within the context of a crisis-ridden planet. Taking inspiration from trees, we will sit meditatively together, share our joys and concerns, and enquire into the values and practices that can support an eco-spiritual and collapse-aware life.

We will meet monthly for 90 minutes on zoom, on each (day of the month), and in addition will have suggested practices for between meetings. We are asking for an initial 6 month commitment, with a donation of £60 (£10 per session) both to encourage commitment, and support the work of the facilitator. Each intake will be limited to 12 participants.
